Service in Berlin
Riesenrad takes care of maintenance and repairs. Service fees depend on how easily your address can be reached from the area around Ostkreuz.
Zone A
Service call-out fee: €9.
Zone B
Service call-out fee: €19.
Zone C
No regular on-site service. The bike can be brought to Riesenrad or into a service zone by arrangement.
